One of our most frequently requested services is home staging; these services are great whether you’re looking for help with the interior design of a new property, redesigning the interior of your current residents to increase the saleability of your property or just simple de-cluttering.  Our philosophy is to make the most of the furnishing and fittings you already have whilst emphasising the best features of your property and to develop a colour scheme that sets everything off to its best advantage.

Selling properties is becoming increasingly difficult, so it is imperative to make your property stand out in the market. The good news is that you needn’t spend a fortune on refurbishment, but with some savvy spending you can add value to your property, increase your chances of receiving an offer and have a competitive advantage.

Our house-moving services are here to help you sell your current residence, find your new home and everything else in between.  We know how time-consuming house-hunting can be, especially if you’re moving to a new area and how frustrating it can be to view one unsuitable property after another, so provide us with a list of your requirements, budget, likes and dislikes and we will do the leg work for you, short listing at least 5 properties that should meet your requirements. Once you’ve chosen your new home let us manage the packing and unpacking, cleaning your new home, organising all administrative needs such as postal forwarding, registration at local schools, information on local amenities and services and providing familiarisation days. We will even make sure there is tea and coffee ready for when you arrive…

Our general residential services can cover any aspect of managing your residence, ensuring that it is always presented to a high standard, including, cleaning, gardening and overseeing building work. We can also provide a key holding service; making ourselves available at all times to respond to emergencies, ensuring its safety and security and your peace of mind. When you go on holiday we can act as house sitters, looking after everything from the cleaning, watering plants and forwarding mail.
